Terms and conditions

Our standard cleaning rate is £17 per hour, which includes:

• All cleaning materials 
• A  free, face‑to‑face consultation in your home before you commit
• Travel to and from the property

There are no booking or agency fees

A quote will be provided for longer or more complex tasks such as deep cleans and price will be agreed with you before starting

• Payment is kindly requested by cash or BACS within 24 hours of your clean or visit
• For weekly or fortnightly clients, payment can be made after each visit or on an agreed regular day — whichever is easier for you.
• Late Payments - If payment hasn’t been received after 7 days, a gentle reminder will be sent. If payment remains outstanding after 14 days, future visits may be paused until the balance is cleared.
• This policy is designed to be fair, transparent and flexible. If you ever have concerns about payment or need to discuss your circumstances, please just talk to us — we`re always happy to help

• If you need to cancel or rearrange a visit, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment
• If a visit is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% fee may be charged to cover the time set aside for you
• If we arrive and cannot gain access to the property, the full visit fee may be charged.
• If we ever need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, we will always give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available appointment
